AIMMS (Amsterdam Institute for Molecules, Medicines and Systems) joins forces in basic molecular life sciences at the VU campus to reach fundamental breakthroughs in translational molecular medicine with emphasis on the integrated understanding of biological processes, systems, and networks as well as  the development of new drugs, therapeutics and diagnostics.
